Arlene Courtney, RADT

Arlene Courtney, RADT, is the Lead Behavioral Health Technician at Coastal Detox, where she supports patients throughout their recovery journey. Born and raised in San Diego, Arlene’s commitment to addiction treatment is rooted in her personal experiences witnessing family members navigate substance use disorders and work toward sobriety. These experiences inspired her dedication to helping others overcome substance use challenges and build healthier futures.

Arlene finds fulfillment in supporting patients as they make progress in recovery and takes pride in contributing to an environment built on compassion, encouragement, and individualized care. She is continuing to advance her career by completing her education with a nursing certification.
