Bobby Chavez, RADT

Bobby Chavez is a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) at Coastal Detox. Originally from the Pala Indian Reservation in North County San Diego, Bobby brings a deeply personal perspective to his work, drawing on his own recovery journey after more than half a lifetime of struggling with substance use.

Today, Bobby is actively engaged in a 12-step recovery program and prioritizes physical fitness as an important part of his continued growth and well-being. His personal experience inspires his commitment to helping others find hope and recognize that lasting change is possible.

Through his work at Coastal Detox, Bobby strives to lead by example and support individuals as they begin their own journeys toward recovery, healing, and a more purposeful life.
